Capacity Development
Programs designed around the real needs of your institution — delivered in-house or as open courses.
The Institute offers empowerment programs for policymakers, legislators, and senior public sector executives to strengthen ethical leadership, governance, and public service. The programs cover infrastructure ethics, health policy, agribusiness and wealth creation, servant leadership, public sector values and ethics, and resilience, wellness, and mental health.
The Institute's Communication Department organizes and manages a wide range of events, including study tours, training programs, award ceremonies, book launches, corporate retreats, cocktail events, and training sessions lasting from one day to three weeks.
Our in-house courses are the right solution if you prefer to receive the instructions on your precise needs. The process of initiating the process is: sending us a request where you explain your company’s needs, our team of experts will analyse the learning needs, and you will receive your proposal from EII.
EII has been delivering high-impact Open Courses for over 7 years and we are experts in creating a challenging but supportive environment for dele- gates. Working with a range of clients and ac ross industries we provide courses for individuals up to senior-level.
We host safe reporting services for our corporate clients, conduct integrity testing, offer free advice on ethics management, provide services on the development and review of code of conduct and ethics policies.
Entrenching ethics requires many players. We welcome partnerships and collaborations on long- term and short term projects basis to synergize and complement our capacity.
“To promote the importance of ethics and equip public, private, and civil society institutions with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage ethical behavior and uphold integrity.”
